Terms of Service

By accessing or using the FLELKT website (flelkt.com) or interacting with the FLELKT NFT collection in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the site or acquire any FLELKT tokens.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, collectors, and anyone else who accesses or interacts with FLELKT.

FLELKT is a collection of 5,000 algorithmically generated 3D parametric sculptures stored entirely on-chain as ERC-721 tokens on the Ethereum blockchain. Each token is unique, derived from an on-chain seed, and permanently immutable.

FLELKT makes no representations as to the monetary value, investment potential, or future utility of any token in the collection. NFTs are not financial instruments and should not be treated as investments.

When you acquire a FLELKT token, you own the underlying NFT — the ERC-721 token recorded on the Ethereum blockchain. Ownership is determined solely by the blockchain record.

Subject to your continued ownership of the token, FLELKT grants you a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to:

• Display the artwork for personal, non-commercial use
• Use the artwork as a profile picture or avatar
• Sell or transfer your token, at which point the license transfers to the new owner

You may not use a FLELKT artwork to create derivative works for commercial sale, use it in merchandising, or claim ownership of the underlying generative algorithm or smart contract code.

You agree not to:

• Use the FLELKT site or brand for fraudulent, misleading, or harmful purposes
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit the smart contract or website
• Impersonate FLELKT or its team members
• Use FLELKT imagery to create scam projects, phishing sites, or counterfeit collections
• Violate any applicable law or regulation in connection with your use of FLELKT

All content on flelkt.com — including the generative algorithm, smart contract code, website design, typography, and written content — is the exclusive property of FLELKT and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The FLELKT name, logo, and brand marks may not be used without express written permission.

THE SITE AND COLLECTION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. FLELKT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

FLELKT does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Blockchain transactions are irreversible — FLELKT is not responsible for any losses resulting from user error, gas fees, or third-party marketplace activity.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLELKT AND ITS TEAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR COLLECTION.

FLELKT reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
